On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. A password reset link is sent to you via SMS immediately. Tap the link, set your new password and you're back in your account within a couple of minutes. Your balance and betting history are untouched. If your phone number has changed, contact our support team to verify your identity through alternative means.

CNIC verification is not required just to create an account and place bets. You may be asked to submit a photo of your CNIC when you request your first larger withdrawal, as part of standard identity verification. This is a one-time process that typically takes a few hours to complete. Once verified, future withdrawals process much faster.

Mobile number changes require identity verification since your number is used for account security and withdrawals. Contact the Jetbuz support team via live chat or at support@jetbuz.wine with your current registered number, your new number and a copy of your CNIC. The team will verify your identity and update the number for you, usually within 24 hours.

Yes. You can request permanent account closure at any time via the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings, or by contacting support@jetbuz.wine. Any remaining real funds balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days. If you're closing your account because of concerns about problem gambling, the self-exclusion tool activates faster and also provides a cooling-off period before any return is possible.
Deposits & Payments

Jetbuz accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are the most popular among Pakistan players because they're processed instantly and don't require a bank account.

The minimum deposit on Jetbuz is Rs 500 via any payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Jetbuz, though your chosen payment provider (e.g. Easypaisa or JazzCash) may have daily transaction limits of their own. If you need to deposit an amount above your wallet's single transaction limit, you can make multiple deposits in the same session.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your Jetbuz account instantly – usually within a few seconds of the mobile wallet transaction confirming. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits also arrive very quickly. Bank IBFT transfers typically take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank's processing speed. Visa/Mastercard deposits are usually instant.

Jetbuz does not charge any deposit fees. Every rupee you deposit goes straight into your account balance. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, etc.) may charge their own transaction fees for outgoing transfers – check your wallet or bank's terms for details. Those fees are charged by the provider, not by Jetbuz.

If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected timeframe (instant for Easypaisa/JazzCash, up to 2 hours for IBFT), first check that the transaction completed successfully in your mobile wallet or bank app. If the funds left your wallet but haven't appeared in Jetbuz, contact our support team at support@jetbuz.wine or on live chat. Share your mobile number, the deposit amount and the transaction reference number from your wallet. Most cases are resolved within the hour.

No. Jetbuz requires that all deposits are made from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing from someone else's account is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and can result in account suspension. If you need to deposit, you must use a payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account or card) that belongs to you personally.

Yes, and we actively encourage it. Log in to your account, go to Settings and click "Responsible Gaming." You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Limits that reduce your current cap take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits carry a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Withdrawals

Log in to your Jetbuz account and go to the Withdraw section. Select your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank IBFT, etc.), enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Your withdrawal is processed and you'll receive a confirmation SMS. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 2 hours. Bank IBFT transfers clear within the same business day.

The minimum withdrawal on Jetbuz is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by Jetbuz, though larger withdrawals (typically above Rs 50,000) may require completed identity verification (CNIC) before processing. If you haven't yet verified your CNIC and you want to withdraw a larger amount, submit your documents through Account Settings to speed up the process.

No. Jetbuz does not charge any fees on withdrawals. The full amount you request is sent to your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account. Your payment provider may charge a receiving fee – check your own wallet or bank's terms. Jetbuz's side of the transaction is always fee-free.

Common reasons include pending identity verification on your account, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements attached to part of your balance, or your withdrawal being in the standard queue during peak hours. If your Easypaisa/JazzCash withdrawal hasn't arrived after 4 hours, or your bank IBFT after one full business day, contact our support team with your withdrawal reference number and we'll investigate immediately.

Generally, no. Jetbuz follows a policy of returning funds to the same payment method used for deposits. This is to prevent fraud. If you've changed your mobile wallet number or bank account since registering, contact support with documentation (CNIC and proof of the new account) and the team can update your verified withdrawal method after confirming your identity.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – they must first be converted to real funds by meeting the wagering requirements specified in the promotion. Once the wagering requirement is met, the resulting real funds can be withdrawn normally. Your account dashboard shows your current bonus balance and wagering progress. A decimal odd of 2.50 on a bet of Rs 1,000 means you receive Rs 2,500 total (your Rs 1,000 stake plus Rs 1,500 profit) if you win. Settlement rules for abandoned or rain-affected matches follow standard cricket betting rules. In most cases, if a match does not produce a result by official means (e.g. DLS method in rain-affected games), bets are voided and stakes returned to your account. If a result is determined via DLS or other official method, bets are settled on that result. Match-specific settlement rules are displayed on each event's betting page before you place your bet.
