Jetbuz Terms and Conditions – Rules That Protect Every Player

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below whenever they appear with a capital letter. Understanding these definitions will make the rest of the document much easier to follow.

• "Jetbuz", "we", "us", "our" – refers to the operator of the jetbuz.wine platform and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, Teen Patti and live cricket scores.
• "Player", "you", "your" – refers to any individual who registers an account on the Jetbuz platform or accesses any part of the jetbuz.wine website.
• "Account" – the individual registered account opened by a Player on Jetbuz, through which all deposits, wagers and withdrawals are made.
• "Funds" – any PKR balance held in a Player's Jetbuz Account, including deposited funds, winnings and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" – any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses or free bet credits credited to a Player's Account under active Jetbuz promotions.
• "Real Funds" – PKR deposited directly by the Player via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT or Visa/Mastercard, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" – the number of times Bonus Funds must be played through before they become eligible for withdrawal as Real Funds.
• "Platform" – the Jetbuz website at jetbuz.wine and any associated mobile-optimised interface through which services are provided.
• "Services" – all betting, gaming, casino and information services available to registered Players on the Jetbuz Platform.

To open an Account and use Jetbuz Services, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains active.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Jetbuz operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person – companies, partnerships, trusts and other legal entities may not register as Players.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Jetbuz Platform, either through voluntary self-exclusion or as a result of a Jetbuz enforcement action.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or depositing funds on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Funds held.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the Jetbuz Platform. If Jetbuz identifies that a Player holds multiple Accounts – whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers or payment methods – Jetbuz reserves the right to close the duplicate Accounts, withhold winnings generated across those Accounts and permanently close the primary Account.

When registering, you agree to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and have the right to use. Your mobile number serves as your primary identity reference on the Platform and is used for account recovery, security alerts and transaction notifications.

Your chosen username must not impersonate another person, use offensive language or misrepresent your identity. Jetbuz reserves the right to require a username change at any time.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Jetbuz will never ask for your password by email, live chat or telephone. If you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact Jetbuz support immediately at support@jetbuz.wine.

All transactions on Jetbuz are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied and no hidden transaction fees are charged by Jetbuz on standard deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by Jetbuz, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your Jetbuz Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of network delay, deposits may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within one hour, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Jetbuz does not accept withdrawal requests to a different account name than the registered Player's name.

Standard withdrawal processing time is under 2 hours for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 3–5 business days.

Jetbuz reserves the right to carry out identity and anti-money laundering verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. Players may be asked to provide a copy of their CNIC and a recent utility bill or bank statement. This is standard practice and is intended to protect all parties.

Jetbuz offers a range of promotional offers including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and accumulator insurance. Each promotion has individual terms that are stated on the Promotions page. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance. Real Funds are always wagered first unless a specific promotion states differently.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiple is stated on each promotion – typically between 5x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%. Certain casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. These contribution rates are specified on each promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 30 days from the date of credit. Bonus Funds not wagered within the expiry period are removed automatically.
• Jetbuz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been claimed by exploiting technical errors, using multiple accounts or otherwise abusing the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in Account closure.

All bets placed on Jetbuz are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules are available in the relevant betting section of the Platform.

• All bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Jetbuz reserves the right to correct any odds that were posted due to a technical error, palpable mistake or data feed failure.
• The minimum single bet stake on sports is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market and event significance. Jetbuz reserves the right to limit stakes on individual accounts or markets without prior notice.
• Bets are binding once confirmed. You are responsible for checking your betslip before confirming any wager.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, if the market was posted in error, or if evidence of match manipulation is identified. Voided bets are refunded as Real Funds to the Player's Account.
• In-play betting is subject to suspension at any time during an event. Bets already accepted and confirmed before suspension remain valid. Jetbuz does not accept responsibility for in-play bets placed on a delayed broadcast.
• Cricket bets that include the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method will be settled on the official DLS result where applicable.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for a full payout. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated at reduced odds excluding the voided selection.

All casino games, live dealer games and card games including Teen Patti on the Jetbuz Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical cards dealt by a live professional dealer under studio surveillance.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel. Jetbuz does not manipulate RTP settings below the certified values.

Game malfunctions – including software errors, disconnections during a live dealer session or incomplete hands – will be resolved as follows: where the game outcome is determinable from the existing game state at the point of disconnection, the result stands. Where it is not determinable, the wager is returned to the Player's Account as Real Funds.

• Live dealer Teen Patti sessions are governed by the specific rules of the table variant in play, as stated in the game interface before joining.
• Players may not use any external software, bot, algorithm or device to gain an unfair advantage in any casino or card game on Jetbuz.
• Side bets and bonus wagers placed alongside a main casino game are governed by their own independent rules as displayed in the game interface.

Jetbuz is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the entire Platform. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to resolve financial difficulties. We take our responsibilities in this area seriously and maintain a dedicated team to support Players who may be experiencing difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Alerts: Set a reminder notification after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days. Accounts in a cool-off period cannot be unlocked early.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Jetbuz Platform. Self-exclusion activates immediately upon request and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. Requests are made via the account dashboard or by emailing support@jetbuz.wine.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jetbuz login credentials. Any activity that occurs on your Account while logged in is your responsibility, including accidental bets and transactions made by a person to whom you have shared your credentials.

Jetbuz will never request your password through any channel including live chat, email or telephone. If you receive a communication claiming to be from Jetbuz and requesting your password, do not respond and report it immediately to support@jetbuz.wine.

You agree to notify Jetbuz immediately if you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Jetbuz will temporarily suspend the Account while the security review is conducted.

• Do not use the same password for your Jetbuz Account that you use for email or social media accounts.
• Enable two-factor authentication from your Account settings for an additional layer of security.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

Jetbuz reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if Jetbuz determines, at its reasonable discretion, that any of the following apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• The Player is under 18 years of age or does not otherwise meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
• Jetbuz has reason to believe the Player is engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion, match fixing, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• The Player holds or has held multiple Accounts on the Platform.
• The Player's behaviour towards Jetbuz staff or other players has been threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable.

Where an Account is closed due to Player-initiated reasons (such as self-exclusion or voluntary closure), any Real Funds balance will be returned to the verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a Jetbuz-initiated enforcement action, Jetbuz reserves the right to withhold any Funds pending the outcome of an investigation. Real Funds will be returned to the Player where no breach is established.

Jetbuz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Jetbuz uses your data to operate your Account, process transactions, send transaction notifications, provide customer support and comply with applicable legal obligations. Jetbuz does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data Jetbuz holds about you and to request correction of any inaccurate data by contacting support@jetbuz.wine.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the Jetbuz service – a bet settlement, a withdrawal delay, a bonus dispute or any other matter – the process is as follows:

1. First contact: Reach out to Jetbuz customer support via live chat or email (support@jetbuz.wine). Provide your Account username, the date and time of the issue and a clear description of the complaint. Support will respond within 24 hours.
2. Escalation: If the initial response does not resolve the issue to your satisfaction, request escalation to the Jetbuz Customer Relations team. Escalated complaints are reviewed and responded to within 5 business days.
3. Final decision: The Jetbuz Customer Relations team will issue a final written decision. This decision is binding on Jetbuz. Players retain the right to pursue other remedies available to them independently.

Jetbuz's decision on all bet settlements is final and binding unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated.

Jetbuz reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Jetbuz will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Jetbuz Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and any Real Funds balance will be returned to you.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at jetbuz.wine/terms-conditions. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version came into effect.

By creating an Account on the Jetbuz Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. You also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, that all information provided during registration is accurate and that you are acting in your own name and on your own behalf.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an Account or use any Jetbuz Services. Creating an Account constitutes your binding acceptance of this agreement.
